This week’s Challenge is: Reflections!
Today we went for a stroll at University of Washington and I got a shot of the University buildings reflecting at the lake.
This week’s Weekly Photo Challenge is about Future tense.
My contribution includes 3 pictures today.
The first is a picture of high-school graduation, when we were leaving the school years behind and entering a brand new phase of our lives, not knowing what the future would bring us…
The second shot is of a wedding, when the couple is betting on a happy future together.
And the last one is similar to the ones I posted in my previous post, and shows a pregnant tummy, with a baby to be born that will have the whole future waiting for him once he gets out of comfy mommy’s tummy.
There are a few ways to show the passage of time, especially when you have kids.
So here’s how the time passed between August 2009 and March 2010, culminating with the birth of my second cute baby, almost 3 years ago (March 31st is the day!)
So this post goes not only for the photo challenge, but also to celebrate my little one 3rd birthday.
Happy Birthday, sweetie!
This week’s (Now I know! It changes on Tuesdays! ;)) Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge is Circles and Curves.
Those are the circles and curves I found in my office, while I waited bored looking at the screen (or not) for a process to finish so I could just verify everything went well and leave)
Spring is coming and flowers are starting to bloom.
Yesterday I wrote a post about my lunchtime walk in which I took a few pictures of the little signs of Spring.
Today I’m participating of this challenge with a couple more of the pictures I took yesterday.
All pictures were taken with my Canon PowerShot SX 110 IS.
I hope you like it.
This week’s Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge is Squares and Angles (or was it last week’s? not sure when the week switches for this challenge… ).
Anyway, at first I could not find any nice pictures that would match the theme, and I also didn’t have the opportunity to take many pictures, so I thought I’d pass.
But then yesterday, when taking my daughters to swimming class I remembered having taking a picture of the pool area ceiling, and that is for sure eligible to be here this week.
So here it goes, the ceilings of the swimming pool area where my kids have their swimming class…
This week’s Photo Challenge at WordPress is Lunchtime.
I love taking pictures of food and taking a pic of my lunch at the office cafe is pretty common for me.
At lunchtime, I usually try to eat more vegetarian, which makes the plate always pretty with all the different colors of all the veggies.
Here is one I took last Wednesday, when eating Mo Po Tofu with Eggplant at the Chinese food section of the cafe.
The picture was taken with Windows Phone 8 and edited with fotor for Windows Phone
This week marks the beginning of a new kind of Photo Challenge, the Phoneography Challenge, in which we are supposed to post pictures that were taken with our phones. And the theme for this first week is Neighborhood.
So here are a few pictures I took over the past months of my neighborhood, using my HTC Windows Phone.
I’m participating in the online adventure travel and photography magazine LetsBeWild.com’s Wild Weekly Photo Challenge for bloggers
This week’s Challenge is: Black and White!
These pictures were taken last week while waiting at traffic by the lake, right at sunset time…
