This week I dedicate my edit of the chose picture for February’s One Four challenge to the creature that made me take the picture in the first place. The shiny giant clam. At first I didn’t realize it was a clam (I’m not at all versed in sea creatures) because I didn’t really see the Read more

For this week’s challenges I decided to choose a picture of people and another one of a outdoor seeting. For the people’s picture, the picture is indeed somewhat old (25 years?) but it looked already worse than a regular 25-year-old picture. I don’t know what happened at the time of the shot, but it came Read more

This past weekend my daughters and I put the Christmas tree up and lighted! Here’s out three topper. I bought this one several years ago (before the kids were even born) and it’s still resisting… I like it because it lights up and also because of the colors that come out from the light reflecting Read more

Yesterday evening I had to stop by the grocery store for some veggies. Watching them I realized I could find B and W items for this week’s challenge right there. The W’s are combined in the B items, but I must admit they may not be visible enough. Here they are… Read more

Owls are animals famous for being nocturnal hunters. But not every owl is nocturnal. Some like to be active and hunt during the day. A couples years ago, I attended a falconism exhibition and learned that the eye color of the owls can give you a hint on their habits. Then, today, as I was preparing Read more
